She has represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers on a range of transactions. Carolyn also owned her own small business in the events industry for 11+ years, Ultrapom Event Rental. Carolyn founded Ultrapom in the second bedroom of her house, and grew it to become the second largest event rental company in Kansas City.
