Join the Kansas City DSA for a night of stand up and improv comedy to help us raise money to erase medical debt.The Missouri Chapters of the Democratic Socialists of America Medical Debt Relief Campaign are working on raising $15,000 to eliminate $1 million in medical debt in the midwest.

Yoga at the Kauffman Center

Join the Kauffman Center and Premier Partner Saint Luke’s Health System for Yoga at the Kauffman Center

Yoga takes place quarterly in Brandmeyer Great Hall with sweeping views of the Kansas City skyline and is designed to be an experience that activates the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga dates consists of two 60-minute sessions at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Each session will begin with a short presentation by a Saint Luke’s medical professional, followed by a mindful practice led by an experienced yoga instructor. An intermediate level yoga flow will be featured at the 8:30 a.m. class, and guests can experience a yoga foundations class at the 10:30 a.m. class. Each class will have live music provided by a local artists to incorporate the performing arts into the yoga practice.

Attendees must bring their own yoga mat and will be asked to sign a waiver when they purchase a ticket to this event.
