OUR FOUNDER
Alan Waterman, founder of Waterman Management, is a highly experienced real estate development and management professional, specializing in property management, condominium conversion and financing, and new construction. With more than 13 years working in real estate in New York City, plus 18 in the Kansas City market, his vision, drive, and expertise have come together to generate millions in development-deal profits.
