Started by celebrity chef Celina Tio, The Belfry takes its name from her Pennsylvania boarding school. Tucked off Grand Boulevard down the block, it feels very New York, with a long wood bar, original floor and tall windows looking out to the street below. The ever-changing craft beer tap list and selection of bar bites are top-notch, and their bourbon and whiskey selection is among the best in the city.
