STRATA Architecture + Preservation (formerly Susan Richards Johnson & Associates, Inc.) is a woman-owned, full-service architecture firm. With over 30 years of experience, STRATA has extensive experience in historic restoration and renovation, adaptive reuse, new construction and planning. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and find that our hands-on approach to architecture gives us the ability to assure a high degree of excellence for every project — large or small. Our firm is headquartered in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri, within our newly renovated Mid-Century Modern space in the Crossroads District.
