Lyric Opera is based at the Richard J. Stern Opera Center located in the East Crossroads area of downtown Kansas City at 1725 Holmes Street. The Opera Center includes the Beth Ingram Administration Building, where Lyric Opera’s offices are based, and the Michael and Ginger Frost Production Arts Building, which is the Lyric’s housing space for rehearsals, set construction and painting, prop storage, the costume shop, and vocal coaching rooms.
