Henderson Engineers, Inc. (HEI), founded in 1970, provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration engineering design services. Officially opened in 2013, the Kansas City office allows us proximity to our clients in the urban core, as well as the opportunity to be part of the Crossroads’ renowned creative culture. This full-service office offers complete architectural engineering design and specialty services, with the additional resources of over 375 employees from HEI’s nearby Headquarters. HEI has a diversified portfolio representing a full range of markets including but not limited to: government, education, sports and recreation, retail, corporate, healthcare, grocery, and mixed-use. In addition to its core services, HEI houses three specialty divisions: Impact Illumination (architectural lighting), Fire Dynamics (fire protection and code consulting), and Collective Tech (comprehensive technology, security and acoustical design).
