Food Pedaler KC is a local sourced hand crafted kitchen passionate about feeding good food to everyone. We offer a large amount of gluten free menu items, from our gluten free bread we bake on site, gluten free pizza dough we make on site to our gluten free pasta dough as well.
In addition we offer corporate catering for lunches from box lunches to buffets from breakfast to dinner as well as do weddings with custom menu options.
Our Story
Food Pedaler was born from a love of food, community, and the open road. It all started in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned that great cooking is about care, quality ingredients, and connection. That passion took me to Europe, where I deepened my appreciation for fresh, locally-sourced food and the craftsmanship behind every dish.
Back in the U.S., I worked my way through kitchens in Kansas City, learning from incredible mentors before opening a farm-to-table restaurant in a small Kansas town. There, I showcased local ingredients and helped others experience the difference that quality and sustainability make.
Now, I’m blending my two greatest passions — food and cycling — into Food Pedaler. Our mission is simple: to deliver handcrafted, locally-sourced meals to those who love great food and the outdoors. From breakfasts and pastries to savory meals, sauces, and cycling-specific energy bars, everything we create is made with care and purpose.
