Ehinger Properties was founded as a small demolition business, by Sid Ehinger, in 1942. By the time is son Bob joined the company in 1968, the business had expanded significantly, eventually operating in 20 states and acquiring over 150 diverse properties with residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural uses. We manage a concentration of buildings in downtown Kansas City, as well as significant farming operations in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. Bob’s daughter, Jane, has now joined the business, bringing with her an expertise in property law, architecture, and community economic development.
