The Buttonwood Building (3013 Main) is home to both Buttonwood Financial Group, a multi-family Wealth Management company, and the community oriented Buttonwood Art Space.

Buttonwood Art Space is a community-focused art space and gallery located within the Buttonwood building in Midtown Kansas City, MO. Our gallery is a place for local and regional artists to share their artworks and their commitment to non-profit charities.

Every art purchase you make at Buttonwood will impact the area community as a portion of every sale benefits a non-profit organization with local connections. Buyers can receive a percentage of their purchase as a tax deductible contribution to a non-profit (rate depends on the show). 

The Buttonwood building holds over 7,500 square feet of office, event and exhibit space. From the exterior, the building is inviting with warm colors and charm and the front display windows host work from regional artists. Built in the 1870s, old blends with new – archways, skylights, tin ceilings, curved walls and birch casework highlight the space.
