Drive-Up Toy Drive 

Tuesday, December 14th at 18th and Grand Blvd. 11:30am — 1:00pm

Bring your new toy(s) to donate for distribution to Kansas City children (babies — teens) and put smiles on children’s faces this Holiday Season!

Collection boxes will be on the corner with volunteers to assist you. If you don’t have time to shop, we have volunteers who will do that for you, so cash donations are also accepted. 

If that day doesn’t work for you, we are already collecting donations, you can bring your donated toys to the Church of Scientology at 18th & Grand Blvd (enter from 18th Street):

• Monday — Fridays from 9:00 am — 9:00 pm or

• Weekends from 9:00 am — 6:00pm

We will continue to collect donations through Dec 17th.

A new series of works by Fernando Achucarro, entitled CDL, represents the struggle within oneself that an artist must face every day. Each drawing is a representation of the abyss that exists between the cruel reality of everyday life, and the perfect universe that exists within each one of us. Achucarro’s work truck became his studio where most of his drawings from CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) were started and finished during his breaks.

13^th Annual Breakfast with Santa Fundraiser event at ArtsTech, featuring the famous Chris Cakes Pancakes, on Saturday December 11, 2021, 8:30 – 11:30AM. All you can eat pancakes $10. Have your picture taken with Santa, pick a gift from the Mary Giles Hall Memorial Toy Box, enter the gift bag raffle, visit Santa’s art workshop, join the elf drills, Sack races and games.
