A continuation of Kwanza Humphrey’s “Ancestral Threads” exhibition is taking place in 3 of our galleries. Join us on first Friday to see the work, meet the artist, and enjoy confections from The Littlest Bakeshop. Off-street parking available on Troost. Ample street parking on 19th.
From his early childhood drawings to his award-winning status today, Kwanza’s journey as an artist is as rich and vibrant as his masterpieces. His work, often described as impressionist realism, captivates audiences with its masterful technique and profound storytelling.
Recognized for his unparalleled talent, Kwanza has been honored with inclusion in exhibitions across the United States, including the prestigious new terminal at the Kansas City International Airport. His artwork graces the walls of esteemed institutions such as the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art and countless private collections worldwide.
